Making a Purchase could not be easier.  Simply browse through our Catalogue, and click on items you wish to buy. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and we will ask for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your shopping basket.

Your payments are securely processed online through RBS Worldpay.

Shipping & Handling Postage is free to UK destinations.  Postal charges of £10.00 apply for countries within the European Union and £15.00 for World-wide.

Tax Charges Tax is charged at 20% for UK and European Union Countries. All other countries are tax exempt.

Delivery Schedule All pieces in stock are dispatched within 7 days, otherwise please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We will contact you if an item is not in stock, advising how long it will take to manufacture and deliver.

UK orders will be dispatched using next day delivery.  Postage times within the European Union are approximately 7 days and 15 days for Worldwide.

Guarantee PMR Jewellery enjoys making the many pieces, and we want you to enjoy wearing them. Items are guaranteed unconditionally*. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, or for any reason believe that the item does not match that represented on this website, please notify us by email or telephone within 7 days and we will exchange the piece or refund your money. NB: Postage Charges are not refundable.


Returns PMR Jewellery always strives to provide items of the highest quality. However, we recognize that mistakes can happen from time to time. If you are not completely happy with any item upon receipt, you must inform us within 7 days, advising:

–  The exact fault

– Date fault became apparent

– When and how you discovered the fault

–  How the fault affected your use of the piece

To do this, it is essential that you tell us by email, to, or by letter to 137 High Street, Montrose, Angus, DD10 8QN. Please confirm your name, contact details and that you would like to return goods. Specify the item(s) and date purchased, also giving full details of the defect or reason for return. We will then issue a returns note. Goods sent without a returns note may not enable PMR Jewellery to identify sufficient information and attend to your complaint.

The Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered.  So far as possible, goods should be returned:

– With all packaging, in their original condition

– With the delivery note

– Securely wrapped

– At your risk and cost.  For this reason, we would recommend recorded  or special delivery (in the UK), ensuring sufficient insurance cover and tracking.


Privacy Policy PMR Jewellery respects all client privacy and legislation, including the Data Protection Act. We will not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this site, but only to keep track of the contents of your selected shopping basket.

*In certain circumstances, such as commission work and specifically designed pieces to your requirements, we will ask you to waiver this right.
